At Legion Fitness Equipment, we stand by the durability of our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure all equipment is disassembled, cleaned, and placed back in its original packaging with all included hardware and manuals to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
